Referring Veterinarians
If you are a referring DVM, you can send a patient to us at anytime for emergencies or urgent care cases. Specific procedures may be scheduled.

We accept referred patients from primary care veterinarians 24 hours a day. We welcome any emergency or urgent care patient that you may not be able to treat right away or during hours that your office may be closed. Our hospital is also capable of providing advanced imaging services -Vimago CT, Ultrasound, and Endoscopy- as well as consults (and treatment if needed) with our specialists. If your patient checks in to our facility, we will automatically send your hospital copies of any diagnostic results and treatment summary so that you are kept in the loop.

If your patient is hospitalized in our ICU, you may call us anytime - 405-947-8387 and press option 4 - or text 405-906-7735 anytime 24/7 for updates on your patient. In some cases, our doctors may discuss previous patient history with you so that we have a complete picture of any concerning factors.

To send records of a referred patient or to inquire about a specific service that we may be able to provide your patient, please fill out the form below. One of our staff members will respond back to any inquires about services. If you are just sending records, we may only respond back if there is any issue with files. For any referred emergency or urgent care patient referred to us, records are not required but they are helpful for our doctors to have a complete picture of medical history. If you send a patient for a procedure (imaging, surgical, etc.), we will need any recent bloodwork, radiographs and medication list.
